Terrence Howard is being sued!

Terrence Howard is being sued by his former talent management company for $250,000 as they claim that the Empire actor has breached their contract.

According to Eonline, Authentic Talent and Literary Management filed a formal complaint today in Los Angeles Superior Court claiming that Howard owes them a quarter of a million dollars for failing to pay them their share of commission after they parted ways with the TV star.

According to the lawsuit, the management company is claiming that they played “a key role in the resurgence of Howard’s career” and provided him with “professional, personal and other advice and career guidance.”

After Howard accepted the role of Lucious Lyon on the Fox program, he fired Authentic Talent and Literary Management.

The company now claims that they are entitled to 10% of revenue that Howard received while he was working with them, and that includes his Empire salary.
