The Photo was posted by Abdullahi Usman on facebook and he wrote:
''This innocent baby was abandon opposite my business premises, that's bukuru cattle market. May Allah forgive the mother of this child. Some people are spending millions just to have a child,while others are throwing them like trash.
God have mercy on this innocent little child and make his mother commit not another inhumane act ''
